Its lightweight, water-based formula glides on effortlessly, coating each hair with buildable color while keeping brows lifted and groomed throughout the day. The specially designed angled brush hugs the brow shape for precise, mess-free application from root to tip.

Directions for use:
Apply to clean, dry brows and brush through in upward and outward strokes to shape and set. Allow a few seconds to dry. Use alone or over other brow products for enhanced hold and definition. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
