I hereby consent to Golden ABC, Incorporated and its affiliates, as listed herein (referred to as the “Company”), to collect and use my Personal Data in relation to the Product and Service. This consent allows the Company to analyze my preferences and behavior, conduct research, develop and improve products, and plan marketing strategies. It also enables the Company to offer tailored products, services, benefits, promotions, and offers. Additionally, I consent to the sharing of my Personal Data between the Company and its business partners for these purposes

I acknowledge that the Company will handle my Personal Data in compliance with current laws. If I prefer not to have my Personal Data collected or used, I can withdraw my consent through the methods provided by the Company under this Policy and communicated by it in the future.

Retention of Personal Data:
The Company will retain your Personal Data for a minimum period stipulated by relevant laws, including Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Currently, the Company retains Personal Data for a minimum of ten (10) years following the termination of its relationship with you. Upon the expiration of this retention period, the Company will either delete, destroy, or anonymize your Personal Data. The Company may retain Personal Data beyond this period if necessary for legal enforcement or fulfill contractual obligations.
