OFFICIAL PROMO MECHANICS 

1. Eligibility 

The promotion is open to Philippine residents aged eighteen (18) years old and above who are registered members of the PENSHOPPE App. 

Participants must have a valid mobile number and email address registered to their PENSHOPPE App account. 

 

2. Promo Period 

Qualified purchases must be made from September 2 to 20, 2026. 

Promo codes from qualified purchases may be registered through the PENSHOPPE App until September 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after the registration deadline will no longer be accepted. 

 

3. Participating Stores 

The promotion is valid at all participating: 

  • PENSHOPPE Boutiques nationwide; and 

  • PENSHOPPE Accessories Stores nationwide.

 

The following sales channels are not included in the promotion: 

  • PENSHOPPE Box Stores/Kiosks; 

  • Department Store counters or concessions; 

  • PENSHOPPE.com; 

  • PENSHOPPE official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces; and 

  • Other sales channels not specifically identified as participating stores. 

 

4. How to Earn Raffle Entries 

Every full ₱1,000 purchase on a single official receipt entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry. 

For example: 

  • ₱1,000–₱1,999.99 = 1 raffle entry 

  • ₱2,000–₱2,999.99 = 2 raffle entries 

  • ₱3,000–₱3,999.99 = 3 raffle entries 

  • ₱4,000–₱4,999.99 = 4 raffle entries 

The same computation shall apply for succeeding full ₱1,000 increments. Any amount below the next full ₱1,000 increment will not earn an additional raffle entry. 

There is no maximum number of raffle entries that a qualified participant may earn during the promo period. 

Receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum ₱1,000 purchase requirement. 

 

5. Raffle Promo Code 

A unique promo code will be printed on the official receipt of every qualified transaction. 

Only one (1) promo code will be issued per qualified receipt. The promo code will correspond to the total number of raffle entries earned based on the qualified purchase amount. 

Example: A single-receipt purchase worth ₱2,500 will receive one (1) promo code equivalent to two (2) raffle entries. 

Each promo code may only be successfully registered once. 

 

6. How to Register an Entry 

To join the raffle, qualified customers must: 

1.  Download or open the PENSHOPPE App. 

2.  Log in to an existing PENSHOPPE App account or create a new account. 

3.  Complete or update the required customer information: complete name, complete address, mobile number, and email address. 

4.  Go to the Cool Campus Rewards Raffle Promo registration page. 

5.  Enter the unique promo code printed on the qualified official receipt. 

6.  Submit the promo code and wait for the successful registration confirmation. 

The participant's registered name must match the name appearing on the valid identification document that will be presented should the participant win. 

Participants must retain the original official receipt corresponding to each registered promo code for validation and prize claiming. 

 

7. Validity of Entries 

Only promo codes generated from qualified purchases made from September 2 to 20, 2026 and successfully registered in the PENSHOPPE App on or before September 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM will be included in the electronic raffle draw. 

Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise unverifiable shall be subject to disqualification after validation. 

GOLDEN ABC, Inc. shall not be responsible for unsuccessful registrations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the participant, subject to applicable laws and regulations. 

 

8. Electronic Raffle Draw 

All valid raffle entries will be included in an electronic random raffle draw to be held on:

The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of authorized representatives of GOLDEN ABC, Inc. and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 

Each valid raffle entry shall have an equal chance of being selected. 

 

9. Determination of Winners 

A total of forty-three (43) winners will be electronically drawn: 

  • Five (5) winners of Apple AirPods Max 2, valued at ₱34,990 each 

  • Thirteen (13) winners of JBL Flip 6, valued at ₱7,499 each 

  • Fifteen (15) winners of JisuLife Ultra 1, valued at ₱3,699 each 

  • Ten (10) winners of DJI Osmo Pocket 3, valued at ₱23,390 each 

 

The promotion has a total prize pool value of ₱561,822. 

 

A participant may win only one (1) prize throughout the promotion. Should the same participant be drawn more than once, another winner shall be drawn for the succeeding prize. 

All winning entries shall be subject to verification of the participant's eligibility, registered information, promo code, and corresponding original official receipt. 

 

10. Notification and Announcement of Winners 

Confirmed winners will be notified using the contact details registered in their PENSHOPPE App account through: 

  • SMS; 

  • Viber; 

  • Email; and 

  • Registered mail. 

 

The list of confirmed winners may also be announced through PENSHOPPE's official communication channels, subject to applicable data privacy requirements. 

 

11. Prize Claiming Period 

Winners shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of the last notification, publication, or announcement of winners, whichever comes last, within which to confirm & claim their prizes. 

 

12. Prize Claiming Requirements 

To claim a prize, the winner must present the following: 

1.  Original official receipt corresponding to the winning promo code; 

2.  PENSHOPPE winning confirmation notification or email; and 

3.  One (1) original valid government-issued ID bearing the same name as the registered participant. 

A valid school ID may be accepted provided that it sufficiently establishes the winner's identity and confirms that the winner is at least eighteen (18) years old. 

For prizes claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must present: 

1.  Original official receipt corresponding to the winning promo code; 

2.  PENSHOPPE winning confirmation notification or email; 

3.  Original signed authorization letter from the winner; 

4.  Photocopy of the winner’s valid government-issued ID with signature; and 

5.  Original valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative. 

GOLDEN ABC, Inc. reserves the right to conduct reasonable verification of the winner and supporting documents prior to the release of the prize. 

 

13. Prize Claiming and Delivery 

Metro Manila winners may claim their prizes at:

For qualified winners residing outside Metro Manila, the PENSHOPPE Team may coordinate the delivery of the prize to the winner's verified Philippine address upon completion of all documentary and validation requirements. 

 

Delivery/shipping expenses shall be shouldered by GOLDEN ABC, Inc.

All prizes are not convertible to cash. 

 

Exact prize models, specifications, colors, and variants, where applicable, shall be subject to the specifications declared in the approved DTI promo application. 

Applicable product warranties shall be subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable consumer protection laws. 

 

15. Taxes 

Any taxes applicable to the raffle prizes shall be [shouldered by GOLDEN ABC, Inc.  

 

16. Unclaimed Prizes 

Prizes that remain unclaimed after the applicable sixty (60)-day claiming period may be forfeited in favor of GOLDEN ABC, Inc. 

 

17. Disqualification 

Employees of GOLDEN ABC, Inc., its participating partner agencies, suppliers, concessionaires, and service providers directly involved in the promotion, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promotion. 

Participants found to have submitted fraudulent, altered, duplicated, tampered, or otherwise invalid receipts, promo codes, accounts, or information shall be subject to disqualification after validation.

 

18. Data Privacy 

By participating in the promotion, participants acknowledge that GOLDEN ABC, Inc. will collect and process the personal information necessary to: 

  • Validate promo entries and participant eligibility; 

  • Conduct the electronic raffle draw; 

  • Verify and notify winners; 

  • Facilitate prize claiming and/or delivery; 

  • Comply with DTI and other applicable regulatory requirements; and 

  • Administer and document the promotion. 

Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules and regulations, and GOLDEN ABC, Inc.'s applicable Privacy Notice. 

Participation in this promotion shall not automatically constitute consent to unrelated direct marketing activities. Where required, consent for separate marketing communications shall be obtained independently. 

 

19. General Conditions 

By joining the promotion, participants agree to comply with these Official Promo Mechanics and all applicable laws and regulations. 

Any material change to the approved promo period, registration deadline, raffle draw date or venue, qualifications, prizes, mechanics, or other terms shall be subject to the prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and applicable announcement requirements.
