1.  Get a chance to win P500 online voucher when you spend at least P999 with any Deadpool item included in the checkout on penshoppe.com
2.  Promo will run July 10 - July 19, 2024. Only orders from this period will be included in the participant pool and for verification.

3.  Applicable Nationwide: Open to Philippine Residents only
4.  Participants are required to sign up and use their PENSHOPPE account and spend a minimum of Php 999.00 with any Deadpool items included in order to qualify. All successful orders made on www.penshoppe.com during the raffle period will be considered.
5.  Each order will be counted as (1) one entry. Only (1) one entry will be considered per email/participant name.
6.  There will be 20 winners for this raffle. 20 customers with verified email and shop for at least P999 with successful purchase will be chosen using electronic raffle in the presence of a DTI representative.
7.  A participant can only win once. If the name was drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value
8.  The winners will be notified via registered mail, email and/or mobile number on July 26, 2024 and their names will be posted on Penshoppe’s social media accounts.
9.  Winners with verified email and spends at least P999 with any Deadpool items included in the checkout will receive a Penshoppe.com voucher worth Php500.00 valid for 6 months.
10.  Penshoppe.com vouchers will be sent via email on July 26, 2024. Only (1) voucher will be sent per (1) email.
11.  The Penshoppe.com voucher is tax free, non-stackable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash equivalents.
12.  Penshoppe.com voucher is for one time use only
13.  Disclosing the unique code to others will cause the winning customer to forfeit their Penshoppe.com voucher should it be used by another party.
14.  Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Penshoppe with prior approval of DTI
15. Redemption of the Penshoppe.com voucher in other PENSHOPPE stores such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora or our Brick and Mortar stores will not be allowed.
16. All employees of Golden ABC, their affiliates, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion
17. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials related to the Penshoppe Sign up and Shop, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with prior approval of DTI
