1. Customers will get a chance to win 1 of these items - Jisu Life Ultra 1, DJI Osmo Pocket, JBL Flip 6, Apple Airpod Max, Apple Ipad Air 11, an Overnight stay for 2 at 5 Star Hotel and a trip to Boracay, Siargao or El Nido Palawan for 2 with a minimum single-receipt NET purchase of Php 1,500. Every Php 1,500 purchase is equivalent to one raffle entry. If a customer purchases Php 3,000, he/she is entitled to two raffle entries, and so on & so forth, with no maximum spending cap. Receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum purchase of Php 1,500.
2. Promo is valid at all Penshoppe boutiques and Penshoppe Accessories stores nationwide.. Purchases made at Penshoppe Box/Kiosks, Department Stores, and Penshoppe online stores are not included in this promotion.
3. A promo code will be printed on the receipt of qualified purchases. Only one promo code will be printed per receipt and will be equivalent to the number of raffle entries earned corresponding to the amount purchased. For example, a single receipt purchase worth Php 3,000 will be provided ONE promo code equivalent to (2) raffle entries.
4. Customers will have to log on to daysofsummer.penshoppe.com and register their name (reflected in a valid government or school ID), address, e-mail address, contact number, along with the promo code to join the raffle. Customers must ensure to encode the correct information. GOLDEN ABC, Inc. is not liable for unsuccessful registrations due to any missing and/or incomplete information.
5. Customers will receive the raffle entry notification within 48 hours upon registration via their registered SMS, Viber and e-mail address to confirm that registration is successful.
6. Promo period will start on March 15, 2025, and will end on April 21, 2025, 11:59 PM.
7. Qualified purchases may be registered from March 15, 2025, until April 21, 2025, 11:59 PM.
8. All winners will be selected via electronic raffle draw on April 24, 2025, at 1155 EDSA Balintawak, Quezon City, in the presence of Penshoppe Team and DTI representatives.
9. Winners of Jisu Life Ultra 1, DJI Osmo Pocket, JBL Flip 6, Apple Airpod Max, Apple Ipad Air 11, an Overnight stay for 2 at 5 Star Hotel and a trip to Boracay, Siargao or El Nido Palawan for 2 will be announced on April 24, 2025 through Penshoppe’s social media accounts (Facebook - facebook.com/penshoppe, Instagram - instagram.com/penshoppe, X - X.com/penshoppe), and will be notified via SMS, Viber, registered Mail and E-mail to winners’ registered contact numbers and E-mail addresses.
10. A name can only win once. If the name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher of value.
11. Winners may claim their prizes at Penshoppe's head office (GABC 1155 North Edsa Balintawak Quezon City). Claiming of prizes is open within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail excluding weekend from 11am to 4pm only. Winners who can't redeem their prize at Penshoppe Head office may send an Authorized Representative to claim on their behalf.
12. Provincial winners can claim their prize at the nearest penshoppe boutique as identified in their registered address.
13. Winners must present the following to claim their raffle prizes: original receipt, printed confirmation email from Penshoppe and one original valid government I.D. or school I.D. and ensure that the name specified on the identification card is the same as the registered name. For winners with authorize representative, they must present an original receipt, confirmation email from Penshoppe, valid government id of the winner along with the representative and an Authorization letter.
14. Gadget Prizes are not transferable, not for sale and not convertible to cash.
15. Trip Prizes are transferable but not for sale, not convertible to cash and must be availed within 1 year from date of prize claim
16. Winners are responsible for their transportation expenses in claiming their raffle prizes. Raffle prizes are tax free.
17. All unclaimed raffle prizes shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval
18. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the official rules, regulations, and decisions of GOLDEN ABC, Inc. to gather personal information, as well as to participate in any advertising purpose or activity in line with this promotion.
19. Employees of GOLDEN ABC, Inc., their partner agencies, suppliers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
