About Bulk Order

  1. What are the items that can be purchased in bulk?
    • All our regular items can be purchased in bulk. Special collabs/Online exclusive products not included.
  2. Do you offer Bulk Order discount?
    • Get 10% off for a minimum purchase of PHP 10,000 to PHP 99,999 and 20% off for a min. purchase of PHP 100,000 and above. Discounts may also be based on the ongoing online promotion, but cannot be combined with bulk order discounts. Whichever is higher between the two discounts will be applied.
    • Bulk order discount will be based on the total amount of order regardless of the number of pieces purchased.
  3. Do you provide product samples?
    • No product sampling will be provided. Customers may fit the item in-store or request a size chart via email or social media pages.
  4. Do you offer product customization and embroidery?
    • Product Customization/embroidery is not allowed; only the items posted in our stores will be provided.

Payment Method

  1. What are the accepted modes of payment for Bulk Order?
    • Accepted modes of payment for bulk order purchases are:
      • Bank Deposit (Over the counter)
      • Online Bank Transfer
      *Bank details or payment link will be attached to the quotation that will be provided upon order confirmation.
  2. Full payment must be settled first. Proof of payment must be provided for us to proceed with the processing of your order.

Preparation and Delivery Method

    Preparation and delivery of orders may take approximately 14 - 30 days depending on the availability of stocks. Kindly see the details below:  
  1. Checking of inventory and quotation
    • Upon submission of the order form, checking of inventory and quotation may take 1-3 working days.
    • Upon receipt of the quotation, there will be a holding period of 5 working days. Failure to receive confirmation from you within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your order.
  2. Preparation of order
    • The preparation period for your order will depend on the availability of stocks.
    • After the customer agrees to proceed, our team will start processing the order. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the order is confirmed by our team.
      *Please note that product size and color must be final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation.
  3. Delivery timeline
    • Delivery times vary depending on the location provided by the customer. Please take note of the estimated lead time below:
      • Ship to customer address
        - NCR: 4-6 working days
        - Provincial areas: 10-14 working days
      • Pick Up in Store
        - NCR: 4-12 working days
        - Provincial: 8-15 working days

Return and Exchange

  • Can I return and exchange my order?
    • Return and exchange of orders are subject to approval and availability of stocks. If in case you received damaged or incorrect items, kindly message us at shop@penshoppe.com before exchanging your order.
    • If you need to process a return-exchange transaction and you've lost your online store receipt, contact us at shop@penshoppe.com or through our social media pages so we can assist you.
    • We are only allowing one-time returns and exchanges. Kindly consolidate the items you intend to exchange before proceeding to our stores.
